Telecommunications Consultants India (TCIL) has invited EoI for architectural consultancy involving DPR preparation and design for the construction of new OPD building of Vilasrao Deshmukh Government Medical Institute, Latur in Maharashtra.
The consultancy work will involve site topographical survey, environment assessments and other surveys to be conducted by the architect, who will also obtain approvals for the detailed estimates and plans. A detailed project report (DPR) will be prepared in consultation with the Medical Education and Drugs Department, and the estimates will be as per the prevailing norms and engineering practices. The architect or consultancy firm is expected to prepare detailed architectural drawings, structural drawings and design blueprints for civil construction including all services such as electricity distribution, medical equipment HVAC plumbing and water supply.
The project construction period is 24 months or as approved by client. Thereafter, a defect liability period of 60 months will commence from the date of handing over of the project.
