Mr Fisher spent 24 years at accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand including as lead advisory partner corporate finance where he headed and grew the Melbourne corporate finance division. Following this tenure Mr Fisher developed his own business as a corporate adviser and for the past 19 years has specialised in M&A, business turnarounds and capital raising for small cap companies. |
