SCADA International will deliver for EDPR’s first hybrid renewable project in Poland their OneView Hybrid Control Unit (HCU) as a master power plant controller connecting a setup of several existing SCADA systems, three different substations, three wind farms, and one solar PV plant, with a second currently under construction.
To comply with the Polish TSO and EDPR requirements, SCADA International has developed seven control functionalities and tailor-made algorithms, including direct voltage control and control of capacitor banks. The control algorithms have been designed not only to comply with the local regulations but also to optimise the power production of the different assets according to specific criteria provided by EDPR. |
