Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) has issued a tender and invited bids towards the deployment of 8,000 off-grid solar pumping systems across various capacities.
This announcement comes as part of Component B under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) Program.
The last date for submission of bids is September 4, 2023.
The bidder selected will be responsible for executing the task of designing, manufacturing, supplying, transporting, installing, testing, and commissioning stand-alone off-grid Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) in Jharkhand. The bidder will also look after the full system warranty along with maintenance for a period of five years.
The bidder shall submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of Bank Guarantee of 2% of amount equivalent to the 6% of the value of total cumulative allocation or 25 numbers of SPWPS, whichever is higher, subject to a maximum of 1000 pumps.
Certified copies of annual audited accounts for any three financial years out of the last five financial years, i.e., 2021-22, 2020-21, 2019-20, 2018-19, and 2017-18, along with certified copies of balance sheet, profit & loss account, schedules and cash flow statement, shall be required to be submitted.
To qualify, the bidder should be having direct experience in design, supply, erection, testing, installation and commissioning of 300 standalone (off-grid) solar PV based water pump sets in any Govt. Dept/PSU/SNA of any state or Central Govt. in India in last 7 years from the last date of bid submission.
Earlier, JREDA invited bids for the empanelment of vendors for installations of solar pumps under the PM-KUSUM scheme. The tender is meant for vendors who would be liable to design, manufacture, supply, transport, install, test and commission off-grid solar pumps. |
