The Secretariat for Institutional Coordination and Planning reported that -on Monday the 31st- the work contract for the execution of the Construction of General Pico Headquarters Audiovisual Classrooms was signed. The works were awarded by direct contract No. 67/2023, awarded by Rector resolution 443/23, with the company Balent Eduardo Oscar, for an amount of 214,168,903.12 and a term of 270 calendar days, which will begin to apply from the Tuesday 15. The work that will benefit the university community of that venue will be carried out within the framework of the Stage II University Infrastructure Support Program, with resources from the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) and financed through the Adhesion Agreement signed with the Ministry of Public Works of the Nation. PROJECT The work was tendered on five previous occasions, so direct contracting has now been enabled. The project has more than 400 m2, contemplates the construction of 4 classrooms, a health group and an office, which will be located on the 7th street sector between 108 and 110 of the General Pico University Center (CUGP). |
