Robins & Morton has completed a new $167 million hospital in Florida, the AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway Hospital, bringing advanced healthcare services to the region. The ceremony marked the completion of a cutting-edge medical center, a four-story building on a 153,000-square-foot campus. The state-of-the-art hospital was celebrated jointly by AdventHealth and Robins & Morton in Flagler County, Florida during the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new hospital features a range of medical services. Among them are a fully equipped emergency department, comprehensive imaging services, five advanced operating suites, endoscopy facilities, a catheterization lab, and an outpatient lab and 100 private rooms.
As stated by Wally De Aquino, the president, and CEO of AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway, the construction work on the new hospital in Florida was started in 2021, but project planning and preparations were initiated earlier. Robins & Morton successfully completes this new hospital in Florida as the region continues to grow, De Aquino emphasized that Flagler County, especially Palm Coast, has witnessed remarkable growth in recent years, necessitating the expansion and evolution of healthcare infrastructure to foster a healthy community.
Grand opening date for the new AdventHealth hospital in Florida
The grand opening of the new AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway Hospital in Florida, completed by Robins & Morton, is scheduled for August 2. AdventHealth emphasizes that this project represents the largest-ever healthcare investment in Flagler County. With the local population growing more than 29% since the 2010 census, the new Palm Coast Parkway hospital is a crucial addition to support the area’s evolving healthcare needs.
