KPRS assumes the vital role of general contracting, while Architects Orange lends their architectural expertise to shape the aesthetic appeal of the building. Meanwhile, Parisi Portfolio takes charge of interior design, and Urban Arena provides, landscape design.
Construction completion date for the new 434 apartments in Kearny Mesa
The 434 apartments in Kearny Mesa project is slated for completion in May 2025, with pre-leasing opening its doors five months prior. Situated at the intersection of Aero Drive and Aero Court, Future residents can choose from an array of plans, ranging from cozy studios to spacious one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. The upper floors offer enticing two-story options, while the ground floor features live-work floor plans catering to the evolving needs of the modern workforce. The new apartments sizes vary from a comfortable 576 square feet to a generous 1,602 square feet.
The interior finishes of the new 434 apartments in Kearny Mesa will include; Quartz countertops, sleek stainless steel Samsung appliances, and bespoke kitchen cabinets with integrated lighting and Moen kitchen and bath fixtures incorporated. Also, AMLI Aero embraces smart home technologies featuring Latch door locks and Nest thermostats. |
