Wood Partners in collaboration with ParkProperty Capital has broken ground on Alta North City in Shoreline, Seattle. According to reports, the project site at 17712 15th Ave NE cost more than $9 million. When Alta North City is finished, homeowners will have a choice of 228 apartment houses with a variety of custom-designed floorplans. This includes studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.
Every house in the neighbourhood will have a distinctive design aesthetic. Furthermore, luxurious amenities and finishes for the residents to enjoy. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, chrome gooseneck faucets, designer tile accents, and backsplashes are some essential interior living characteristics. There are wall-to-wall wood-style flooring, full-size in-unit washing and dryer sets, roomy closets and balconies. Moreover, energy-efficient heating and cooling are further characteristics of the homes.
Wood Partners, who is also the project’s general contractor, plans to take over property management after it is finished, which is anticipated to happen in the middle of 2025.
