UAE-based real estate development and services company, Deyaar has begun construction works for Millennium Talia Residences’ within Al Furjan in Dubai. The luxury hotel development features one, and two-bedroom, hotel units with full furnishing. Accompanied by living areas ranging from 670 to 1,465 square feet, the project will incorporate state-of-the-art interiors. The units are unveiled to include panoramic windows for maximum sunlight throughout the premises.
The project’s operation will be undertaken by Millennium Hotels & Resorts. Quite impressively, it features as the fourth property under Deyaar’s extensive portfolio. Other properties include Millennium Al Barsha as well as Millennium Atria Business Bay. Alongside the Millennium Mont Rose at Dubai Science Park.
Simultaneously, Deyaar revealed that construction works for a third plot and Amalia Residences have also begun. An official report notes that the project’s total value stands at AED 300 million, approximately.
Millennium Talia Residences Construction Milestone
While commenting on the project, the SVP, Development at Deyaar said that the project’s construction kick-off marks a significant milestone. Furthermore, Ayman al Hammadi added that the development’s progress is a reflection of the company’s commitment, especially to the delivery of world-class quality living.
According to a press release statement, the Millennium Talia Residences project handover is scheduled for Q4 2025. As a whole, the development will offer a selection of amenities, including a sauna alongside steam rooms, an indoor gymnasium, and dining outlets. Additionally, Millennium Talia will also feature a concierge desk as well as a dedicated children’s playground. Its strategic location offers convenient access to Downtown Dubai in 25 minutes, DXB Airport in 30 minutes and DWC Airport is a 20 minutes drive.
Taking it a step further, the residents will also have access to exclusive hospitality services, at an extra fee. These will include, laundry, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services, in addition to food and beverage room services.
