Gulshan Group has launched its latest ultra-luxury project ‘Avante’, in Greater Noida West. The project will be built on 1.3 acres of prime land and will offer exclusive 92 four-BHK luxury apartments. The total cost of development will be approximately 190 crore.
All units within the project are available for sale, with a starting price of Rs 3.5 crore. This low-density residential development project takes the idea of luxury living further with its design, premium amenities, and prime location.
