The Public Works Department, Himachal Pradesh (HPPWD) has invited bids from consultants for architectural planning and DPR preparation for the construction of State Guest House Himachal Niketan at Sector-19, Plot No-1 & 2, Dwarka, Delhi.
The selected consultants will be responsible for the preparation of the detailed layout plan, structural designs and drawings including floor plans with specifications of the materials, architectural design of the new proposed building. The scope also include architectural structural of sanitary and plumbing (external & internal), electrification (external & internal connections of power) with power back-up systems, approach road/internal road from existing main road, green building specifications and others.
Installing air conditioning system, fire protection and detection systems, site development, parking, gates and boundary wall and landscaping workings will also be covered. A minimum of three consultants will be selected.
