| Work Detail | The National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL) has floated a tender for the widening to two/four-laning of NH-40 in Meghalaya under JICA funding (Package-V) Balance Work. The two-laning with paved shoulder/four-laning of NH-40 between Shillong to Dawki road upto Bangladesh Border including Dawki Bridge from (design km 63+530 to km 71+520) for a length of 7.99 km is to be executed on EPC mode. The value of the contract stands at Rs 270.91 crore, and the stipulated completion period is 30 months. The closing date is 02 August, 2023. |
