Tender for the Transformer Station of the new Pico Industrial Park The opening of the envelopes for the public tender for the Transformer Station to be held in General Pico was held this morning. Two bidders were presented. The work, which will benefit a large part of the northern subsystem of the province of La Pampa, will be built in the New Industrial Park of the northern city. The act of opening of envelope B, which contains the economic offer for the execution of the work, participated in the act of opening: the Secretary of Energy and Mining, Matías Toso, the Provincial Energy Administrator (APE), Cristian Javier Andrés, the technical manager of APE, Luciano González, the Administration and Finance manager, Darío Zubeldía, other provincial officials and representatives of the bidding firms. The purpose of the work is the construction, supply and assembly of the 132/33/13.2 kV Transformer Station in General Pico, which will have five fields, two for line inputs, two for transformation and one for transfer, providing space for the installation of four new line entry fields for future high-voltage lines, state-of-the-art equipment, cell room and remote control. In this regard, Cristian Andrés explained to the Provincial News Agency that this station has a double function, to improve load distribution, expand the available energy capacity in the north of the province, since the existing station was inside the city and not has the possibility of expansion; and also, it gives us the possibility of connecting the energy that is generated from energy developments that are installed in this new industrial park”. The provincial authorities highlighted the willingness of the companies to offer and to continue betting on the Province in a difficult context like the current one and to manage jointly between the public and private sectors to arrive at a work that meets the characteristics indicated in the specifications and that companies also have a reasonable equation. “This work is one of the most important in the last 20 years from a strategic point of view for the productive development of the Province. It will allow us to grow industrially in the north, improve service and bring development possibilities where today they are limited. From the energy sector we must accompany this productive project of industrial development and growth promoted by the governor, Sergio Ziliotto, from the beginning of his management ”, highlighted the Secretary of Energy and Mining Matías Toso.
