The works will be carried out within the framework of the PERMER program for renewable energy in rural markets.

That is why it is so important and a priority for us, because our management objective is to improve the quality of life of all Argentines," said Secretary Royon.
In addition, with an investment of 2.5 million dollars, 2,600 solar-powered boyeros were delivered to 10,000 small rural producers in areas without access to the electricity distribution network in 19 provinces , to electrify wire fences and keep livestock confined. This type of low-cost, high-impact technology makes it easier for small producers to selectively use their farm space.
For public establishments, through PERMER, the installation of systems to supply electricity from renewable energies to 281 state agencies in 19 provinces, such as rural schools, National Gendarmerie posts, Argentine Army border posts, camps, of National Highway, health establishments and police detachments . The investment earmarked is 22 million dollars and benefits more than 20 thousand people.
Also this year, the installation of photovoltaic systems is expected in 11 National Parks, and 104 isolated homes in rural areas in Catamarca and Santa Cruz. |
