This week, the offers of the tender called by the Municipality of Tandil for the execution of the renovation and internal reconditioning works and improvement of the sidewalks of the Municipal Market were known. Through this initiative, the municipal government seeks to improve the building conditions of the space located on the corner of Avenida Colón and Las Heras, where the Food Science Department, the Community Food Processing Room, and local cooperatives and entrepreneurs offer their products. At the same time, an important intervention will be carried out on the sidewalks, with replacement of tiles and treatment of roots of the specimens of public trees, to guarantee circulation in that sector. In the tender, the company Héctor Raúl Rodríguez presented a mandatory basic proposal for $7,980,000 and an alternative with a financial advance of up to 20% for $7,550,000. Now the pre-award commission must analyze all the documentation presented by the firm and determine the steps to follow. This project is complemented by another intervention that includes painting and enhancing the entire façade of the historic building. |
