Ladun Investment wins construction of Riyadh Tower project
Under the agreement, Built Industrial will be responsible for the construction, architecture, electrical, plumbing and plumbing work for the Saudi Tower, Ladun said in his filing in Tadawul. Project will have a positive impact on Ladun’s income statement in 2023 and early 2024, he added.
This iconic tower, over 400 meters tall, is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with spectacular water features and includes office space and a conference and business centre. A medium sized commercial complex adjacent to the tower offers a main store, luxury retail units and a food court, above which are a further four floors of high quality VIP office space offering independent and exclusive workspaces. The entire project extends over two floors of an underground car park.
A contemporary circular mosque with a pointed minaret takes pride of place in the mall; offers two levels of prayer for shoppers, employees and other visitors.
The tower, curved to one side, is anchored by two sturdy legs that reach skyward on the right and disappear into a single point.
This unique dynamic shape makes it instantly recognizable. The office area rises above the 50m high atrium and offers a spectacular space for meetings, gatherings and exhibitions. The new tower will offer local and international companies modern and flexible office space. Two outdoor cable cars take visitors to the panorama restaurant at the top of the tower.
Vehicle and pedestrian access has been carefully considered to optimize traffic flow around the tower and create a safe environment for all building occupants. |
