The Provincial Government authorized General Acha and Santa Rosa works for more than $1,500 million
Governor Sergio Ziliotto signed the decree authorizing the start of the "Road and Hydraulic Infrastructure Work for the West Neighborhood of General Acha", which will directly benefit a total of 966 families and, on the other hand, signed the contract for the beginning of the remodeling and expansion of the Child Development Center, Community Management Center, Food and Social Integration Center and Urban Space of the Zona Norte neighborhood of Santa Rosa.
In Acha, the work will be carried out by the company Ribeiro SRL and the amount of the contract amounts to $1,358,707,319.13.
The project arose after the general study of the storm drains of General Acha from which the need to carry out a series of works that will substantially improve the quality of life of residents emerged.
The works to be carried out include 44 blocks of ditch cord, 54 blocks of asphalt with speed bumps, 30 blocks of storm drain pipes, 33 inspection cameras, 52 drains (horizontal and vertical), 340 meters of concrete channel lining, 30 ramps for universal accessibility, 220 household waste containers, 72 units of urban trees, a hydraulic energy dissipator and completion of sidewalks.
In Santa Rosa, the works are remodeling and expansion of the Child Development Center, Community Management Center, Food and Social Integration Center and Urban Space of the Zona Norte neighborhood of Santa Rosa.
The company that will be in charge of the work is Luis Fernández Constructora and the amount of the contract is $135,000,000.
The work covers the expansion and renovation of the facilities of the Child Development Center, the Community Management Center and the Food and Social Integration Center, in addition to materializing a public urban space for the neighborhood.
In addition to the independence of the three activities that are carried out in the building (dining room, garden and community center), within the architectural renovation of the building the expansion of circulation spaces and service areas such as bathrooms, kitchens and warehouses is contemplated. , the adequacy for universal accessibility in all the activities of the property, the renovation and sophistication of the installations of electricity, gas, sewage, water, heating and air conditioning.
There will also be the adaptation of all premises to hygiene, safety and comfort requirements, the restoration of outdoor spaces, play areas and green areas on the property and public space.
The openings will be replaced by new sustainable systems and climate control. There will be provision of fixed equipment and mobile equipment for the operation of all activities carried out on the property. In addition, the facades and the exterior image of the building will be renewed, contributing to the identity and appropriation by the residents. |
