The intervention covers the kitchen, the morgue and uncovered areas.
The Ministry of Health of the City of Buenos Aires called for a public tender to hire complementary works services for the General Hospital for Acute Patients "Dra Cecilia Grierson" in Villa Lugano (Av. Gral. Fernández de la Cruz 4402). The official budget is $412,158,127 and contemplates at least 270 days of work.
The intervention covers a total of 922 m2 covered by the different services and intervention area, which includes 434 m2 of new expansion work (warehouses and Guard bedrooms), 425 m2 of work completion within a volume already executed (Kitchen). , 63 m2 of remodeling (morgue) and 358.80 m2 of uncovered parking lot and uncovered perimeter sidewalks.
There will be 300 m2 covered with new construction for waste deposits, maintenance and cleaning: “New annex building on technical street with service areas and support for maintenance and cleaning. It includes a deposit of pathogenic, common and dangerous waste, cleaning staff with changing rooms and a maintenance office with a toilet”.
Then, 134 m2 covered with new construction for on-call dormitories are contemplated: “New medical dormitories in the on-call sector of the existing building, complementing the existing dormitories. It includes the construction of 4 (four) dormitories for doctors, each one with a toilet and connecting circulation with the existing dormitories”.
Meanwhile, within the completion of the work in the existing building, there will be 425m2 covered for the kitchen: "includes the execution of the work of the interior premises of the kitchen sector, whose outer limits are executed and the remodeling of the existing staff dining room . It includes space for 3 refrigerating chambers, pantry, nutrition office, reception, changing rooms, washing and storage of root vegetables, preparation of meats, vegetables and desserts, preparation of special diets, cooking area, attention to suppliers, kitchen washing, washing and distribution of trays, waste, luchonette and remodeling of the staff dining room. The provision of kitchen equipment will be partly provided by the Awardee and partly by third parties”.
There are 63 m2 covered for remodeling in the existing building for the remodeling of the morgue: "It includes the remodeling of a sector of the existing building for the expansion of the morgue with the incorporation of a new front cold room (provided by the Awardee), coffin deposit and office with toilet. The sector to be remodeled includes a deposit for the sterilization area next to the morgue”.
