The José Manuel Estrada de Paraná School No. 96 will be valued

With an investment of more than 46 million pesos from provincial funds, the enhancement of the educational building No. 96 "José Manuel Estrada" in the provincial capital is put out to tender . Offers will be announced on July 5, 2023.
The provincial government announced the call for Public Tender No. 22/23 of the work "Valorization School No. 96 José Manuel Estrada" of Paraná. The objective is to solve problems of the facade, as well as building repairs, facilities and accessibility of the educational establishment.
The official budget is 46,933,804.24 pesos and the term of execution of the works is 240 calendar days. The envelopes will be opened on July 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Ministry of Planning, Infrastructure and Services.
The works will be carried out at the intersection of Avda. Ramírez and Avda. Laurencena, in the city of Paraná.
Technical details of the work
The project foresees an intervention of 2,190 m2 to solve different problems of painting on the façade of the establishment, carpentry arrangements, execution of perimeter sidewalks, as well as accessibility, replacement of facilities and other general repairs at School No. 96 "José Manuel Estrada ” from the city of Paraná.
We will proceed to the extraction of wooden blinds and the closing of blinds with plasterboard, and restoration work will be carried out on existing wooden openings and later synthetic enamel will be applied.
The demolition of existing sidewalks will be carried out, application of new floors on interior and exterior perimeter sidewalks and accesses including the ramp, stairs and entrances. In terms of accessibility, the construction of two new ramps is planned to unify the different levels of the establishment. Likewise, the modification and adaptation of a new adapted bathroom within a sanitary group is also projected. The electrical system and gas installation of the intervened areas will also be reviewed and reconditioned.
