The construction of the Santa Isabel hospital was awarded

The Provincial government awarded the company BK Construcciones the work of the new hospital in the town of Santa Isabel, which has a budget of more than 2,400 million pesos. Governor Sergio Ziliotto signed decree 1985, on May 23, and approved the public tender called by the Ministry of Public Works for the construction of the New Santa Isabel Hospital to the company BK Construcciones for an amount of $2,443,670,087.80 , which represents an increase compared to the updated Official Budget of 14.29%, at values ??as of December 2022 and an execution period of 730 calendar days.
The work had been tendered in mid-January of this year. In the bidding act, three companies that participated in the bidding were presented, all based in La Pampa: ECOP Construcciones SRL, ILKA Construcciones SA and BK Construcciones SH The official budget for the work, as of December 2022, foresees an investment of $ 2,082,233,592.67. BK submitted an offer of 2,465,240,946.08 pesos, ECOP offered $2,496,466,811.79 and ILKA quoted $2,635,386,836.09.
The highly complex hospital will occupy a property of about 22,000 square meters, with a covered area of ??3,473 square meters, to which another 224.30 square meters will be added between eaves and semi-covered. The work foresees the construction of two identifiable and functional pavilions independent, connected through two main circulatory links: one for access and circulation of the public and patients, and another purely technical. On these two circulations, functional areas will be annexed with differentiated accesses and connected by private circulations and for specific use for health personnel and patients in transit in the establishment.
It will have a main access for the public located on Las Malvinas street and will connect with the outpatient assistance pavilions, the Guard Center and the hospitalization sector. Meanwhile, the Emergencies and Services sector will be located on Juan José Paso street and will be restricted to doctors and emergencies. A vaccination center will also be attached that will have independent use and entry.
