Delta Al Emarate Building Contracting and KAD Engineering & Construction have won the contracts
DAMAC Properties, a prominent luxury real estate developer in the Middle East, has awarded contracts for the main works of two clusters – Nice N2 and Nice N3 – as well as the backbone infrastructure works at the DAMAC Lagoons master community development in Dubai Land.
Nice N2 and Nice N3 clusters
Delta Al Emarate Building Contracting has been chosen by the company to handle the main works for both Nice N2 and Nice N3 clusters. Nice N2 cluster will comprise approximately 434 residential units, including townhouses and villas, featuring amenities such as waterways and fitness arenas. Similarly, Nice N3 cluster will consist of around 60 villas, offering similar amenities.
DAMAC aims to create luxurious and comfortable living spaces for the residents of both projects.
Backbone infrastructure works
For the backbone infrastructure works, KAD Engineering & Construction has been appointed by DAMAC.
This includes the construction, completion, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the roads and infrastructure in the DAMAC Lagoons – Backbone Roads area, covering approximately 18.5 hectares with a road length of around 9.2 kilometers. The backbone infrastructure works encompass road pavement, parking, kerbs, traffic control signage, and road markings.
KAD Engineering & Construction will also handle utilities and services engineering, including electrical works, telecommunication, street lighting network, potable water supply works, main irrigation works, fire-fighting works, and sewerage and stormwater networks.

On the new contract awards, General Manager Mohammed Tahaineh said: “Delta Al Emarate Building Contracting and KAD Engineering & Construction will help us to further develop our vision of providing the highest quality of living spaces for our residents.”

The DAMAC Lagoons master community development offers a luxurious and sustainable lifestyle, with various amenities such as waterways, fitness arenas, and lush green landscapes.
The development aims to provide residents with a tranquil and peaceful environment, while also offering easy access to Dubai’s bustling city life.
There will be several activity hubs and residential clusters in the community, all themed and named after Mediterranean cities including Nice, Portofino, Santorini, Costa Brava, Venice, and others, he added. |
