The tender for the Palmares Park work was also approved.
Through separate decrees published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Catamarca, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Civil Works of the Province announced the award of important works to be carried out in different parts of the Catamarca territory.
Thus, through Decree No. 869, the ministry approves all the actions in the Private Tender No. 08/2022 for the execution of the work "New Argentine Army Headquarters", which includes the construction of accommodation for soldiers, and Barrio Sud in the Capital department, whose official budget is $495,864,258.29 and its execution period of 12 months.
Next paragraph, "the tender corresponding to the work for $578,673,589.43 is awarded to the firm Mujucat SRL".
In another decree of the same ministry, dated April 18, it approves Private Tender No. 05/2023 for the execution of the work "Belén Bus Terminal, Belén Department, whose official budget is $998,916,007, 11”, awarding the tender corresponding to the work for $1,109,595,776.37 to the firm UMG Compañía Minera SRL, with a term of 12 months to execute it.
On the other hand, in Decree No. 877, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Civil Works decided to approve what referred to Private Tender No. 02/2023, for the execution of the work "Parque de los Palmares", in the department of Fray Mamerto Esquiú, whose official budget is $1,004,526,320.42.
This decree expresses, firstly, that the offer presented by a company is declared "inadmissible" for having incurred grounds for automatic rejection of the proposal. However, in another point it is worth noting that the work was awarded for $1,787,770,981.29 "because this proposal is technically suitable and economically beneficial and convenient for the interests of the State to the firm UMG Compañía Minera SRL"
In this way, based on what was published, the total investment in the three departments, that is, Belén, Capital and Fray Mamerto Esquiú, is more than 3,700 million pesos.
