This work is carried out thanks to an investment that exceeds $340 million, financed through the PROFESA program. The new infrastructure will provide safe water to nearly 90,000 residents. Currently, the water treatment plant that supplies the towns of Libertador General San Martín and Calilegua does not have sufficient treatment capacity. For this reason, tasks such as cleaning and improving a pre-sedimentation lagoon, conduction optimization, and the construction of a 5,000 m³ capacity cistern, among others, will be carried out. In addition, the work, which generates 50 jobs during its development, implies the installation of approximately 3,400 m of pipes and the construction of seven manholes. |
