The Municipality of Neuquén carried out this morning the opening of envelopes for the tender for the operation of the Neuquén Bus Terminal Station (ETON). Juan Dutto, Undersecretary of Finance, commented that after the opening, two envelopes will be analyzed: one that contains the patrimonial capacity of the offer in technical terms and envelope B, with the economic offer. The estimated work period is two or three weeks for each envelope, which will be a total of 60 days, depending on whether they complete all the documentation and answer all the queries made by the pre-awarding commission, he explained. Regarding the commission, he indicated that it is made up of five members belonging to the Legal and Technical area, Urban Services and Finance of the municipality.
