Nuvoco Vistas has launched its new ready-mix concrete (RMX) plant in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, as part of the cement manufacturing companys strategy to expand its footprint in southern India. As Nuvocos second RMX facility in Tamil Nadu, after Chennai, the plant with a capacity of 60 cubic meters per hour will cater to the construction projects in the area. It is equipped with advanced technology and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of the concrete produced, along with benefits such as reduced costs and faster delivery times. The plant at Coimbatore is strategic for the company as it offers proximity to its customers, providing them access to the best-in-class products and services. Nuvoco has a diversified business portfolio under three business segments, namely, cement, ready-mix concrete (RMX) and modern building materials (MBM). Its RMX product portfolio includes Concreto (performance concrete), Artiste (decorative concrete), InstaMix (ready-to-use bagged concrete), among others. Nuvoco has contributed to landmark projects such as the ‘World One’ building in Mumbai, and the metro railway projects in Mumbai, Jaipur, and Noida. |
