This Monday at the office of the Secretary of Planning, Works and Public Services, envelopes were opened for the recovery of three public spaces in the city, a tender to which two local bidders, Kosko Hnos. Srl and RG Services Srl. Plaza 3 de Agosto de Quequúen As reported by the municipality, the first of them quoted a work amount of 128,209,196.11 pesos, while Servicios RG offered for 134,390,574.19 pesos. As for the official budget of the work, it was valued at 66 million pesos. Regarding the latter, the Secretary of Planning and Public Works, Adrián Furno, pointed out after opening the envelopes that now we have to do the analysis, see the base month of the budget and from that evaluate if the offers are reasonable to see if the adjudication is made”, clarifying that “this is framed within the national financing of the Argentina Hace Plan, and is within the program for the recovery of municipal public spaces. Regarding the public spaces in question, it is about the improvement of Plaza 3 de Agosto in Quequén, the space at Av. 59 and 16 and the Plaza del Parque Miguel Lillo, at 91 and 10. Regarding the one in Quequén, Furno anticipated that it will be equipped with lighting, thematic and soft games and an improvement on the sidewalks. Regarding the sector of 59 and 16, he revealed that a reform will be carried out with an allegory of the port, a sailboat game and sidewalk space, pointing to something similar to the intervention in the Youth Square, on Av. 58 between 57 and 55 . While, the space of 91 and 10, the official stated that he is aiming for the reform of the games and a giant jungle will be placed there, similar to the one in the Plaza Dardo Rocha in the center. |
