Mortenson and Pinnacle Partners, in a joint venture, have broken ground on Revival on Platte, a new multifamily project in Denver. The apartment complex is located in Denver’s Sun Valley neighbourhood. It will be 234,156 square feet when finished with 200 units. There will be studio, one, and two-bedroom options spread across eight storeys. Furthermore, there are two levels of parking. A gym, business centre, and rooftop terrace will all be amenities. The undertaking is a portion of a portfolio of four projects totalling $120 million that Pinnacle Partners has put together. These projects include ones in Nashville, Tennessee; Austin, Texas; and Avondale, Arizona. The 0.9-acre site where Revival on Platte is situated is in an area known as an Opportunity Zone. It is close to the South Platte River. In addition to being close to downtown attractions like Meow Wolf, Empower Field, and institutions at the Auraria campus, the new multifamily complex is also close to public transportation. It has easy access to almost 90 miles of bike trails. Eight electric cars will also be available to residents via a third-party app, significantly enhancing their transit options. Mortenson’s cold-formed metal stud, a steel-framed structural system with prefabricated interior and external walls, will be used to build the complete project.
