They will repair more than 260 kilometers of western routes
The works to be carried out on Provincial Routes 10 and 105 were put out to tender this morning, for which three companies bid. These roads connect the towns of Winifreda, Luan Toro, Victorica, Telén, Loventuel and Santa Isabel.
Governor Sergio Ziliotto led the opening of offers, and assured that this "is the largest work within the management of our government, more than 260 kilometers of pavement that unites La Pampa humid with our beloved deep west. This marks the meaning of our government management: to integrate the province of La Pampa in a productive, social and touristic sense”.
The president pointed out that at the end of this government administration, "a total of more than 54,000 billion pesos" will have been invested in road works. “Todays tender shows that we are interested in all the routes of La Pampa, it is to give a better quality of life to the people of the Pampas, wherever they live. When we make the decision to do a work, we look at the needs of the people and not the amount of the electoral roll.
During the opening of envelopes, together with the governor, the Minister of Works and Public Services, Julio Rojo; the president of the Provincial Road Administration, Rodrigo Cadenas; the Secretary of Municipal Affairs, Rogelio Schanton; mayors of Winifreda, Luan Toro, Loventuel, Victorica, Telén and Santa Isabel; and representatives of the bidding companies.
The province will face an investment of $3,671,269,000, calculated as of March 2023, and a total of 266,365 kilometers will be intervened. Of Provincial Route 10, 231.98 kilometers will be repaired, between RN 35 and RN 143; and the remaining 21.75 kilometers of RP 105 will be between the junction with Nº 10 and the limit with San Luis. 5,235 meters will also be repaved at the access to Luan Toro and 6,400 meters at the access to Loventuel.
Investment.
The governor asserted that “on these occasions I like to give an account of what we have done with public funds. I believe that today we can show the reality of what has been done, outside of any story or lucubration”.
He explained that "in our government management we have already completed pavement works both on roads and urban, exclusively with provincial funds. To this we must add the intervention of the central government on national routes.
"We have invested -he pointed out-, in completed works, 13,020 million pesos. We are executing works for 32,600 million pesos and in the projection, including this work that is close to 4,000 million pesos, it will give us a total of more than 54,000 billion pesos at the end of the government administration”.
More works.
"We see that despite this intervention, there is still a lot to be done," said Ziliotto and specified that "this motivates us to plan works between now and the end of the year to continue responding to the need for greater trafficability."
He stressed that “today we have an accompaniment in the intervention of national routes. In this effort we managed to get the national government to rehabilitate the fallen contracts on routes 35, 151 and 182. Next week mesh 104 will be tendered, which has its first section on route 152, from 35 to 143 and 143 to Chacharramendi . Three days later another emblematic route, which crosses the deep west and takes us to Casa de Piedra, is route 152, in these two cases the investment exceeds 15,000 million pesos”.
The governor made a "public commitment to continue, and when we do it, it is because we know we are going to fulfill it, we have never stopped honoring our word."
"This is a reality that gives certainty to companies that they can continue betting on La Pampa, because they will continue to have work, so we have quality of life for everyone," concluded Ziliotto.
Bidders.
On this occasion, three construction companies submitted different offers for the public tender. The bidders are: Vial SA, which quoted $4,846,516,492.43; Omar Ángel Jubete, who offered $4,407,468. 409, 82; and Cleanosol SAICFI that presented an offer of $4,186,477,506.90.
