Work Detail |
The works have an official budget of $687,682,843 and an execution period of one year. Within the framework of the works plan carried out by the Government to continue strengthening the provincial electrical system, through the Ministry of Energy and Mining and the Provincial Energy Administration (APE), the envelopes corresponding to Public Tender No. ° 4/2022 “Construction of the 13.2 kV Medium Voltage Line SET Victorica – SET Carro Quemado”. Complying with the decentralization of administrative acts, instituted by Governor Sergio Ziliotto, the tender was held in the town of Carro Quemado. The works have an official budget updated to February 2023, of $687,682,843.7, an execution period of 365 days and will reinforce the distribution system in the western area of ??the Province, while improving the quality of supply to the towns de Carro Quemado and Luan Toro, in the area of ??the Victorica cooperative concession. The town of Carro Quemado is currently supplied by a rural line that has been in service for almost 50 years, which makes the comprehensive renewal of this line very necessary. This work has a very important impact in the area, not only economically, since it favors the establishment of enterprises, but also at the level of service provision. The event was chaired by the mayor of Carro Quemado, Oscar Rodríguez Huarte, and the mayor of Luan Toro, Mónica Valor, and was attended by the APE Technical Manager, Luciano González, the APE exploitation manager, Javier Schank, the manager of Administration and Finance, Darío Zubeldía and representatives of the bidding companies that submitted to the tender. “We are very happy because it is the third work that has been tendered for Carro Quemado in less than three months. This medium voltage line is very important for the area”, explained the mayor. The work contemplates the construction of a new Medium Voltage power line (LMT) between the towns of Victorica and Carro Quemado, with the aim of providing the latter with a safe alternative to supply electricity, making its power supply independent from rural loads. In addition, the construction of a new medium voltage line in the access to the town of Luan Toro is planned, thus improving the quality of supply of the existing Aerial Transformer Sub-Stations (SETAs), and a new SETA together with line low voltage for the future supply of a batch of apples to the south of the town”, explained Luciano González, technical manager of APE. In this regard, the mayor of Luan Toro, Mónica Valor, expressed that it is a long-awaited work for the town, since it will bring a solution to the electricity problem of Luan Toro, for that reason I want to thank the provincial government that is making this investment for the area west of the province.
