Two bids for the 25 de Mayo transformer substation Bids were submitted by E.Co.P Construcciones SRL and Proyectos y Obras Americanas SA – Napal y Muñoz SA (UT). The first company with a basic offer of $1,362,911,395.63 including VAT and in its mandatory alternative offer (with a 15% financial advance) quoted $1,318,356,123.88 including VAT, budgeted for February 2023. For its part, the second company quoted in its basic offer $1,446,874,175.60 with VAT included and in the alternative (with 15% financial advance) it quoted $1,226,183,824.18 with VAT included budgeted for the month of February 2023.
