Among the arguments for awarding the work to Cartellone, it is highlighted that the company "has sufficient technical and economic financial capacity for the execution of the work and whose price is the lowest in nominal terms and current values, considering it convenient and being able to be awarded in the terms of Article 25 of the Public Works Law.”
The company will have a period of 360 calendar days to complete the work.
Among other works, Cartellone is in charge of the Variante Palmira, which depends on the National Highway. Throughout this process, the Mendoza company has had complications that have resulted in a delay in the completion of the project.
The work
The award is for stage IA of the project that contemplates the renovation of collectors Av. San Martín, Collector Máxima up to the current Tunuyán Treatment Plant and Elevator Station therein (Elevator Station No. 1).
The project consists of the execution of the necessary infrastructure works for the transport, treatment and subsequent agricultural reuse of the sewage effluents generated in the main cities of the Tunuyán and Tupungato departments for the development of the Uco Valley.
