construction of four professional technical schools
With a total investment of more than two billion pesos, a tender was called for new school buildings in Angaco, Chimbas, Rawson and Jáchal.
The construction of four professional technical schools will begin shortly
With education as the axis for development, the construction, expansion and renovation of school buildings is key to promoting access to public education and the society of the future. That is why the Ministry of Public Works and Services is advancing with various works of school buildings in the 19 departments of the province.
In this sense, with an investment of more than two billion pesos financed with national funds, the Undersecretary of Architecture called for tenders for the works of new technical schools in Angaco, Chimbas, Rawson and Jáchal. During February and March, the corresponding openings of envelopes corresponding to public tenders 49/2022, 50/2022, 51/2022 and 52/2022 were carried out, with a view to the creation of four new school buildings.
The technical schools will have an area of ??approx. of 1800 m2, contemplating the various sectors that respond to the definitive Educational Programming, with different areas. Among these are: management, offices, teachers rooms, classrooms, workshops, laboratories, machine room, buffet, a SUM and sanitary core. The schools will also have vehicular parking and a bicycle parking area, a water tower and internal patios.
During the opening of the envelopes of the tender No. 49/2022 for the work "Construction of the professional technical school of Angaco", two admissible proposals were presented from the following companies:
Galvarini y Asociados Construcciones SA- Economic proposal: $739,584,833.15
Bilbao Construcciones SRL- Economic proposal: $754,043,204.88
The second bidding process was the one corresponding to tender No. 50/2022 for the work “Construction of the technical school professional from Jáchal”, a single proposal was submitted from the following company:
Bilbao Construcciones SRL- Economic proposal: $830,461,955.61.
The third bidding process was the one corresponding to the tender No. 51/2022 for the work "Construction of the Rawson professional technical school", two proposals were presented from the following companies:
Bilbao Construcciones SRL- Economic proposal: $770,298,794.15.
Conycom SRL- Economic proposal: $645,809,402.57.
The fourth and last bidding process was that corresponding to tender No. 52/2022 for the work "Construction of the Chimbas professional technical school" received two proposals from the following companies:
Galvarini y Asociados Construcciones SA- Economic proposal: $679,551,781.35
Bilbao Construcciones SRL- Economic proposal: $648,245,898.78
Continuing with the bidding process, the Adjudications Commission will analyze the aforementioned proposals and will announce the final results to begin soon with the construction of these new schools.
