THE PROVINCE WILL BUILD 12 HOUSES IN CANDIOTI
This Friday the construction of the housing units was tendered, whose provincial investment exceeds 160 million pesos.
The Ministry of Infrastructure, Public Services and Habitat, through the Provincial Directorate of Housing and Urbanism, carried out the tender for the construction of 12 new homes in the town of Candioti, in the department of La Capital. They will have two bedrooms and will have the basic infrastructure.
In this regard, the provincial director of Housing and Urbanism, Edgardo Ragalli, stated that “the provincial government made the decision to build homes throughout the territory. We are touring, delivering, inspecting the works and bidding for homes in the localities that request it”.
In his turn, the community president of Candioti, Sergio Oreggioni, indicated that "our town is proud to have these 12 homes, due to the need that exists in our families. We are very grateful and we are going to continue working to get more works for our commune”.
THE OFFERS
The event was held this Friday at the Casa de la Cultura together with provincial and local authorities. A bidding company belonging to Arq. Mario E Iglesias Construcciones presented an offer of $218,784,210.32.
The work has an indicative official budget of $163,780,065.77 with a work term of 12 months.
THE HOUSES
The housing units will have two bedrooms, eleven of which correspond to the 50 P compact housing prototype and the remaining housing will be for a person with motor disabilities. They will have a fully installed bathroom, covered laundry room, kitchen and living-dining room.
They will be built at the intersection of Mariano Moreno, Blas Parera, San Eduardo and French and Berutti streets
INFRASTRUCTURE
The extension of the drinking water network, medium and low voltage network, absorbent well, improved streets with granular stabilizer, ditch cordon, regulatory sidewalks and octaves, ramps and green spaces, connection for bottled gas and LED street lighting will be carried out. .
