The company is lead design consultant for the Aurum One development in DHA, Islamabad
The residential, retail, and entertainment development will be located near Islamabad’s Giga Mall on the G.T Road.
Aurum One details
Aurum One will be SSH’s first signature residential development in Pakistan.
The high-rise complex will have two connected towers and a retail mall featuring high-end shops and F&B options. Its main landscape plaza will feature the mall entrance.
Aurum One is located on a 10,037 square metre (sqm) plot comprising high-end one, two- and three-bedroom residential and retail units, and associated parking made up of 900 spaces.
With a total project area of around 146,000 sqm, the development also includes a gym, an external rooftop pool, a business centre, and meeting rooms for residents.
The panoramic, curved glass shapes of each tower are unique to the Islamabad city skyline and create a new benchmark for luxury living in the region.
SSH is lead design consultant for Aurum One.
According to its website, Aurum One will include amenities such as central air conditioning, high speed elevators, parking management system, open to sky pool, a gymnasium and wellness centres, a community hall and business centre, fully fitted kitchens and optional home automation.
Aurum One is being developed as a joint venture between DHA and Paragon Developers Pvt. Ltd. A groundbreaking ceremony took place in October 2022 to mark the beginning of Aurum One, located within DHA II. |
