The Rua Al-Madinah project represents the first phase of Madinah Central Area mega development.
It is projected to add $37 million to the GDP and will create 93,000 new jobs.
The project’s designs are inspired by the traditional urban architecture of Madinah. The design ends up forming a group of superblocks, with shared basements and separated entrances to improve mobility and connectivity to the car parking facilities for the visitors, and to the shared services and loading facilities for the buildings.
