Godrej Properties (GPL) has purchased an 89-acre land parcel for residential development at Khalapur in Raigad district of Maharashtra.
GPL plans to unlock value through the said land, which has a development potential of approximately 1.9 million sq ft of saleable area mainly for residential plotted development.
The proposed project is 70 km away from Mumbai and in close proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and will offer improved connectivity through the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport.
