The Japanese company Yaskawa Electric has developed new inverters for applications in photovoltaic projects on commercial and industrial roofs.
The 25 kW Enewell-SOL P3A three-phase inverters are suitable for projects on medium-sized or large roofs and garages. Initially, they will only be available in Japan, with orders starting March 1, according to the manufacturer.

"It can reach an efficiency of up to 96%," explains a company spokesman.
The appliances have powers of 25 kW and integrated control functions for self-consumption. They also have a natural air cooling system and a cloud connection, and are compliant with Japans grid code.
The inverters are part of a line that was launched in 2016. The line also includes products with powers of 4.5 kW and 10 kW.
