Candour Techtex Ltd. has given updates on technical textiles project.
The construction of Building admeasuring about 55,000 sq.ft. on industrial land situated at Plot No. C-6, Malegaon Textile Park (Ajang-Ravalgaon Industrial Area) admeasuring about 22,681 sq meters (approx 5.5 acres) for our new TECHNICAL TEXTILES PROJECT is almost complete. The Building has been constructed to suit installation of 4 lines of Coating & Flocking machines.
The Coating machine, Flocking machine, Laboratory coating machine & Lamination machine for the 1st Line imported from UK have already arrived at the site and the installation is in progress. The machines are expected to be installed by end of January, 2023.
The Foam mixer machine for the 15 line imported from Germany is already shipped and is expected to land in India by mid January, 2023 and installed by end of January, 2023.
The 8 Chamber Oil fired Stenter for the 15line is under installation.
The Utilities such as DG Set, Thermopack, Compressor, Stabiliser, Chimney, RMU, Fire Fighting equipment, Panel Boards, Water Tanks, Fire Tanks, ETP + STP Plant to meet the requirements of 2 lines (second line of bigger width) have also been received and are under installation and the same is expected to be completed by end January, 2023.
MIDC through MSEDCL, Nashik have sanctioned express authentic 11 KV feeder for 600 KVA power supply to our unit vide their letter dated 6-12-2022 and the supply of power will be available by end January, 2023.
The trial run is expected to commence in the month of February- March, 2023 and commercial production in the month of April 2023.
The Company has got firm enquiries for their Black Out fabrics from reputed manufacturers of Furnishing Fabrics and enquiries for specially laminated and coated defence products like High Altitude Clothing, Army Tents, hazmat Suits, Bullet Proof Jackets, Fire Blankets, Mountain Safety Ropes, Flame Retardant Apparel, Military / Defence Clothes and other speciality fabrics. |
