Pegasus Group has obtained planning permission to transform the historic House of Fraser building in Richmond, Surrey. The structure will be transformed into a mixed-use development with a gym and a restaurant. A number of high-end occupiers will move into the George Street store as a result of the application, which was made on behalf of the developers 80 George Street Limited, a division of Sheen Lane Developments. House of Fraser ceased operations in September 2020 and has since been vacant. It is located in the Central Richmond Conservation Area and was initially constructed in the 1960s. |
