In the town of Uriburu, the first actions began in the construction of the Sports Square. Currently, the IACO company carries out the movement of soils and perimeter works, the amount of the infrastructure is $479 million.
The Plaza Deportiva will give the town the possibility of having a building for sporting, community and social events. It will be a space for the inclusion and social development of all the inhabitants of Uriburu with the possibility of convening delegations from other parts of the Province for activities for the common good.
The building was projected in three interconnected volumes, the main sector is used as a playing field and a public area that is accessed from a gallery. On the sides are located the services linked through connecting steps. One of them for athletes, bathrooms and changing rooms for two teams, referees, coaches and storage of sports equipment. While the other contains toilets for the public, nursing and offices.
The playing field is suitable for playing volleyball and basketball with their respective equipment, with a surface free of lateral circulation without interfering with it. The free height of the room responds to what is required for said activities.
The telescopic grandstand area will be located on the side of the main access, while on the opposite side will be the space for the control table and substitute benches. The emergency exits will take place at the ends of the service blocks and on the main accesses.
The athletes block has a central circulation, and through it you can access the changing rooms, each of which will have 3 shower boxes and 3 toilet boxes, one corresponding to an accessible toilet.
The block intended for the general public will distribute its premises through open lateral circulation. It will have toilets, sinks for common use, individual toilet boxes, a toilet for family use and a toilet with accessibility for people with disabilities. They will be of mixed use and will be available to the general public.
The project includes semi-covered areas in the access to the building, as an expansion of the interior or complementary activities.
The uncovered space includes sidewalks and esplanades for access to the pavilion, landscaped and equipped with urban furniture (benches, waste baskets, drinking fountains, lighting). The execution is in charge of the company IACO Construcciones, a local company, with a term of work of 15 months.
The presence of public works in the Province is of great relevance because it generates jobs and movements in the regional economy. The materials are acquired within the Province, except for those that due to their complexity or particular reason must be obtained in specific places. Have works in progress in all locations |
