The Province set the new amount for the tasks that are in progress. They allocate a millionaire figure for Invico works in 9 neighborhoods of Corrientes They allocate 294 million pesos for Invico works in the capital of Corrientes. The provincial government allocated $294,000,000 for the work carried out in the city by the Housing Institute of Corrientes. Urbanization and housing works are currently being carried out in 9 neighbourhoods. The Government of Corrientes allocated a total of 795 million pesos to the Housing Institute of Corrientes to face the execution of works in the Capital and the Provincial Interior. Of which 294 million will be distributed in the different points of the Corrientes capital, where housing works are being carried out. In the city, urbanization works are being carried out that will benefit 31,000 inhabitants of the capital. The tasks of urbanization and construction of housing are carried out in the neighborhoods of Quinta Ferré, Sol de Mayo, Virgen de los Dolores, Cocal, Patono, Bañado Sur, Río Paraná, Doctor Montaña and La Chola. The urban interventions carried out by Invico in different neighborhoods of the city are carried out through its technical teams within the framework of the Provincial Habitat Plan. These works transform the different sectors of the city incorporating new spaces, carrying out joint work between teams and families. The new amount allocated to the works was taken through a series of decrees to provide financing for the works carried out by Invico in the different neighborhoods of the city. Through Decree No. 2449, the province authorized financing for 294 million pesos to face the execution of works that benefit the capital of Corrientes, according to Momarandú. An important work is currently being carried out in the Río Paraná neighborhood, which directly impacts the quality of life of more than 500 families. The comprehensive urbanization project is carried out in stages and includes housing, infrastructure, community equipment and public spaces. In the Doctor Montaña neighborhood with housing and infrastructure works that cover the north and south sectors. The comprehensive project will benefit a total of 1,027 families. The urbanization involves 673 lots with service, the construction of 50 homes for families that will be relocated within the neighborhood. In this sector they will include community facilities such as squares, dumps, trees and sidewalks. In this sector, a total of 13,000 meters of water networks, 11,350 meters of sewage networks, 13,000 meters of power lines, 3,370 meters of storm drains and 16,000 meters of gutter are implemented. The works are in different stages since some sections have been completed, others are underway and some will start with this new stage of financing. In the La Chola neighborhood, they will impact the quality of life of 452 families that reside in that area. The tendered works are carried out in stages, covering basic service networks and the ownership regularization of the lots. In which are included networks of drinking water, sewage, low-voltage power lines, storm drains, pedestrians, public lighting and home connections. In Barrio Quinta Ferré, progress is being made with the urbanization proposal for 80 families. In this sector, the construction of new homes is carried out for families that must be relocated. Improvement tasks are also carried out, including drinking water, drainage, electricity, opening of streets, gutter cordons, sidewalks and retaining wall. |
