Both are included in capital expenditures, which is the money that is used to carry out works or the purchase of goods for that purpose, such as machinery. In the budget project, which still has to be discussed and approved by the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, more than 80 investment projects are stipulated for the province, some of which are already underway.
