Green light to finance the construction of the new Municipality of Caviahue CAF-Development Bank of Latin America approved the provincial government to finance the executive project of the municipal building. The government of the province of Neuquén obtained the approval of the CAF-Development Bank of Latin America, for the financing of the executive project that seeks to give a new Municipality to the residents of Caviahue. According to official information, from now on, the bidding process will begin, after preparing and approving all the documentation required for public works. The construction of the new building is part of the Municipal Infrastructure Development Program and required the joint work between Caviahue-Copahue and the Provincial Unit for Liaison and Execution of Projects with External Financing (UPEFE). The municipal palace will be located on Ricardo Bialaus street, in a strategic urban area of ??the civic center that has a branch of Banco Provincia del Neuquén a few meters away. The building will occupy an area greater than a thousand square meters, between covered and semi-covered spaces. It will have a dry place of an institutional nature. In the new offices all the functions of the municipal public department in administrative matters will be carried out. The inclusion of exhibition spaces and interactive audiovisual exhibitions of the Caviahue Copahue research center is also planned. In addition, a recreational artistic exhibition sector will be set up linked to awareness of volcanic eruptions, risk mitigation and crisis prevention. “We are in cabins adapted for public function and, in turn, we rent other buildings for the operation of various areas of the municipality. This makes us very happy, since the worker will be more comfortable in their daily tasks” said Mayor Hugo Volpe after the announcement. |
