The expansion work will be carried out on Lavalle Street, from Av. Avellaneda to Pérez Esquivel. The auction was held this Monday. It had the participation of six companies.
The municipal management will carry out the expansion of the pluvial drainage network in the Los Robles neighborhood, which will improve the capacity of evacuation of water and the health conditions for the community of the sector.
On the morning of this Monday, the opening of the public tender was held -in the Palacio San Martín- which was headed by the director of Tenders Pilar Ciardelli and included the participation of the representatives of the bidding companies.
The economic offers submitted are detailed below:
Bidder No. 1: Demoliciones Olavarría SA quoted the sum of $12,880,000.
Bidder No. 2: Producciones Industriales SA quoted the sum of $16,510,001.
Bidder No. 3: Alkotz SA quoted the sum of $15,332,200.
Bidder No. 4: Burgart Néstor quoted the sum of $16,440,000.
Bidder No. 5: Pecma SRL quoted the sum of $15,575,413.11.
While the official budget was estimated at $16,000,000.
The work consists of the construction of a new rainwater conduit (with precast concrete pipes) on the northwest sidewalk of Lavalle Street, from Avellaneda Avenue to Pérez Esquivel.
The new rainwater conduit will enable a faster rate of evacuation of rainwater from the neighborhood and improve the health and hygiene of the area, because the existing ditch will be covered.
The works also include the construction of three sumps and four inspection chambers.
Once the aforementioned tasks have been completed, the channel will be covered from José Rossi Street to Del Maestro Avenue, with topsoil up to 5cm above the height of the gutter. |
