This Thursday the cleaning and maintenance of the channel was put out to tender, which will ensure runoff in the area. A sewer will be built for the entrance to the treatment plant.
The municipal management will carry out the cleaning and maintenance work of the Av. Avellaneda canal, between Provincial Route No. 51 and Street No. 157, with an investment of close to 4 million pesos.
Said channel fulfills an important function because it allows part of the runoff of the Planned Industrial Sector “Los Fresnos” to be drained.
It is naturally affected by the growth of vegetation, trees and bushes, accumulation of sediments, loose materials and residues, so it is essential to carry out said cleaning. Likewise, as part of the maintenance, the deepening of the channel must be carried out to ensure the correct runoff of the water.
The work includes the construction of a section of channel that passes through the entrance of the treatment plant located on the property and also the construction of a sewer.
The work area comprises three points:
Southwest Channel of Av. Avellaneda (Channel 1), from Provincial Route No. 51 to Calle 157 channel (New Channel), its extension is (000 meters).
Within the SIP Los Fresnos, in the section that joins the property with the Leopoldo Lugones canal (Channel 2) that passes in front of the treatment plant (170 meters).
Construction of a culvert with two rows of precast concrete pipes with an internal diameter of 0.80 m and a length of 9 m, for the entrance to the treatment plant.
In this sense, on the morning of this Thursday -with headquarters in the Palacio San Martín- the envelopes of the tender were opened for the execution of the cleaning and maintenance works of the aforementioned channel,
It was headed by the Bidding Director Pilar Ciardelli and was attended by representatives of the bidding companies, who presented the following budgets:
Bidder No. 1: Industrial Productions quoted the sum of $3,902,030.
Bidder No. 2: Maximiliano Bordakewicz quoted the sum of $4,081,570.
Bidder No. 3: Ancat SA quoted the sum of $4,288,050.
Bidder No. 4: Atak SRL quoted the sum of $5,321,900.
The official budget for Private Tender No. 66/22 was estimated at $4,500,000. |
