In the department of San Pedro, the National Environmental Sanitation Service (SENASA), a technical body of the Ministry of Public Health, assisted in the laying of the network and home connections, adding families and communities that have drinking water in the interior of the country.
On the occasion, the works were developed in the locality of Tacuaral, district of Yataity del Norte, benefiting about 450 people, and in Kavaju Ra ´y, district of Itacurubí del Rosario, benefiting here about 300 inhabitants.
It is worth mentioning that, in addition, training was carried out for the members of the Board of Directors of the Sanitation Board of Tacuaral, in order to strengthen knowledge in relation to the administrative, accounting, legal, social, operation, maintenance and development areas. community.
