Tender act for the construction of the Fire Brigade building and Las Golondrinas Substation.
The work will be carried out through the Provincial Execution Unit (UEP) of the Ministry of Economy and is projected by the Secretariat of Forests, within the framework of the improvement plan of the Provincial Fire Management Service (SPMF) in northwestern Chubut, and of the Provincial Agricultural Services Program IV (ProSAP IV), which involves a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
The bidding act was attended by the Minister of Economy and Public Credit, Oscar Antonena; the Secretary of Forests, Rodrigo Roveta and the Executive Coordinator of the UEP, Rosendo Lago, among others.
Regarding the two offers submitted for this work, the first envelope corresponded to Pasquini Construcciones SRL, with an offer of $222,034,901.74; while the second company was Incopa SRL with an offer of $329,928,416.11 and an alternative with a 4% discount on each and every one of the items.
“EMBLEMATIC BUILDING”
The Secretary of Forests, Rodrigo Roveta, explained that this tender “is for the construction of the second phase of what is the fire substation building in Las Golondrinas, which is a building that will be very emblematic for the area. It comprises around 700 covered square meters and the same number of semi-covered facilities that will have, among the possibilities, that of housing brigade members, as well as greatly improving the strategic conditions in the area in terms of fire prevention and control.”
He said that this new building is located in Las Golondrinas, “following the base that we inaugurated last May, together with Governor Arcioni. On that occasion, the symbolic delivery of the plans of what this construction was made was made, and now it is time to technically analyze the offers presented, hoping to continue with good news,” said the secretary.
Roveta pointed out that "this occurs within the framework of the timely presented investment project of the order of 600 million pesos, which will greatly improve not only the infrastructure in terms of fire prevention and control, but also the equipment, and issues related to personnel with a strong emphasis on the training of human resources. |
