This is Public Tender No. 4/22. The work has an execution period of 180 calendar days.
They tendered for the paving of 15 blocks in the southern area
The opening of offers was carried out for Public Tender No. 4/22, corresponding to the execution of the first stage of paving different arteries located in the southern area of ??the city. On this occasion, the event was held at the Teatro del Muelle facilities and a proposal was presented.
The project consists of the completion of the equivalent of 15 blocks of paving, which will be executed with hot asphalt. These are the MT arteries of Alvear between Lewis Jones and Charcas; Lewis Jones between MA Zar and MT Alvear; May 25 between Lavalle and Dorrego; Miter between Lavalle and Dorrego; Lavalle between Miter and Beltrán; MA Czar between L. Jones and Azcuénaga.
It should be noted that the work has an official budget of 107,213,386.05 pesos and the execution period will be 180 calendar days, counted from the date established for the initiation of work. Within said term, the work must be completely finished and ready for provisional acceptance.
About the project
It is important to mention that for the distribution of the arteries, the continuity of vehicular traffic, immediate access to parks, educational and health centers, connectivity between neighborhoods and continuity of existing pavement were taken into account.
In this regard, the mayor Gustavo Sastre stated that it is a project of great importance for all the residents of the city. In this way he explained: "The blocks to be paved are distributed in a sector of the city with high-density traffic arteries, due to population growth and increased commercial activity in the area."
At the same time, the Communal Chief explained: “It is a very large work because it is not only about paving, in certain sections the execution of gutter cordons must be carried out. And in other sectors, in addition, infrastructure network works will be carried out according to the standards of the service provider entities. In this sense, the placement of pipes for future service crossings, such as low-voltage lines for traffic lights or fiber optics, is also planned.
