After the scandal that occurred a little over a month ago, following protests by hospital staff to reform the infrastructure and the confirmation of the health minister, the award envelopes were opened today.
The Minister of Public Health, Juan José Esteban, participated in the opening of envelopes presented for the simple award for the construction of the “Dr. Miguel Ragon.
As they had advanced from the health portfolio, the official budget is $78,698,376, with an execution period of 180 calendar days.
The electrical normalization of the entire hospital and intervention in the following sectors is planned, under an approximate area of ??1,525 square meters:
Kitchen
Laundry room
Nutrition
Warehouse
Men

In addition, the change of roofing (tiles for sheet metal), floors, ceilings, coatings in the kitchen and laundry room and painting in general, and reconditioning of the entire sanitary installation is contemplated.
The technical project also contemplates the standardization of the hospitals electrical system and the building refurbishment of the mens hospitalization pavilion.
On the other hand, the company Aguas del Norte prepared the executive project for the construction of a deep well to extract underground water, complementary works and connection pipes, in order to provide the hospital with its own supply source. These works will be carried out with funds from the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Province. |
