THIS IS THE THIRD WORK OF THESE CHARACTERISTICS, WHICH IS IN ADDITION TO THE ROUTE 4 VIADUCT.
The works for the construction of the Rafael Calzada underpass are already underway, reported from the Municipality of Almirante Brown. With the start-up of the hydraulic works on Presidente Perón street, the construction of the passage planned for the crossing of Perón and the railroad tracks formally began.
The first movements began to register a month ago with the installation of the workshop next to the tracks, meters from where the new Rafael Calzada Municipal Delegation is also being built. Then crews began to work preparing the soil for the work and the teams that made the last measurements on the ground. Finally, in the last few days, the construction work on the drains started at full speed.
At this time, in Almirante Brown, three underpasses and the 1.2-kilometer viaduct over Route 4 at the intersection with the Burzaco roundabout are underway. The other two are the one on San Martín Avenue, which is about to open, and the one on Dhiel Street in Longchamps.
“These are works that we dreamed of, that we planned and that we are now executing with the Nation and the entire Municipality team. We have no doubt that these three Low Level Bridges and the Route 4 Viaduct now underway will improve the quality of life for thousands of residents who circulate daily through our district”, stated the interim mayor of Almirante Brown, Juan Fabiani.
Parallel to these works, this year a thousand new blocks are being paved in all the towns of the district, prioritizing access to neighborhoods, health centers and Brownian educational institutions. |
